The best running shoes that I have ever had the pleasure of putting on my feet, and I have used everyone. I train in Mizuno Wave Precision's and I race in the Wave Idaten which has to be the best shoe out there!
Adam and Luke at the runners guide certainly know their stuff when it comes to the right shoe to buy, they are friendly and will never try and give you a shoe that is not good for you. They have given me a huge amount of help and support since March 06 and continue to help in what ever way they can.
I have to thank Racing Bike Sports for the help they have given me over the last two years. My Isaac Jouel is the fastest and most responsive bike I have ever riden. Also for providing me with my Aquaman wetsuit which has prooved to be a very fast wetsuit fitting extremely well.
Also based in London, Kerri is a major part of Team Lewis and helps to keep me in one piece, I have been known to drive for 2 hours in order to get a single adjustment because I know that she can put my body into the right place to mend. Her outlook and view on how the body works makes her much more than just a Chiropractor. It was down to her that I was able to run in the Torbay 1/2 marathon 2005 as I was almost forced out with injury 3 days before the race.
